On March 11, Shanker Singham, CEO of Competere, filed testimony with the USTR concerning “Request for Comments to Assist in Reviewing and Identifying Unfair Trade Practices and Initiating All Necessary Actions to Investigate Harm From Non-Reciprocal Trade Arrangements”.
This testimony concerning unfair trade practices was being sought as part of the assessment of new measures to be announced by the Trump Administration on April 2, under the general guidance of Trump’s America First Trade Policy.
